產品簡介
大型管網機械人是由CCTV管道機械人、線纜車和智慧控制終端三部分組成，是目前國內技術領先的管網檢測產品。主要功能是檢測管道內部結構破損與變形、管網堵塞以及地下管網亂排放情況,可探測管網內有害氣體濃度、管道內溫濕度環境、管道內淤積情況、管網內障礙物大小。

爬行器：前後鏡頭200萬像，1080p畫質，防刮、防凝水，帶除霧和鐳射測量功能，模組化快拆設計，防水、防塵、防爆，爬坡角度超過30°，防翻車警告功能
 
線纜車：控制終端與線纜車無線連接，線纜車自動收放線
 
控制器：安卓平板、手機通用APP，觸屏簡易操作，可用手柄控制
 
生成報告：平板資料簡易導入，製作專業的檢測報告。

Introduction
large pipe robot, the leading pipe inspection product in China, is consist of CCTV crawler, cable car, and the smart controller. M-CTV006 examines the damage and deformation of the pipeline, the blockage of the pipeline, and the disordered discharge in the underground pipeline; it can also detect the concentration level of toxic gases, temperature, humidity, siltations, and calculate the size of the obstacles in the pipe.

Crawler: 2 million pixels front and rear camera, 1080P, anti-scratch, anti-condensation, defogging and laser measurement function, modular quick release design, a waterproof, dustproof, explosion-proof, and strong obstacle overcome ability; obstacle climbing anger is greater than ∠30°with an anti-rollover alarm
 
Cable car: a wireless connection between controller and cable car; automatic retractable cable function
 
Controller: universal APP for Android tablet and mobile phone; easy-to-use touch screen controller; the hand-grip controller is available
 
Reporting: data from the tablet can be easily imported to the software and generates professional inspection report.
 
Characteristics
HD camera: 2 million pixels front and rear camera, with defogging, anti-scratch, and anti-condensation functions
 
Lens defogging: effectively prevent the outer surface of the lens from fogging, and quickly remove the water drops on the lens during the inspection
 
Obstacles overcome ability: the crawler chassis can be enlarged;  climbing angle over 30°；anti-overturn alert function.
 
Easy disassemble modular design: the camera, lifting frame and wheels can be quickly disassembled, and the camera can be directly connected to the crawler.
